This is part 3 of 3 of my Expansion 2016 update:
1. New manual (MIDI Organ Keyboard)
2. Displays (keytec 17 in. USB, and iPad)
3. Lighting and Monitor Mounts

Part I: monitor mounts
I wasn’t completely happy with how the touch screen was taking up so much desk real estate:
So I headed over to Amazon and did some shopping for a suitable mount and found the following:
VIVO Single LCD Monitor Desk Mount
And
Displays2go 8.9 to 10.1 Inches Clamp-On Tablet Holders with Flexible Arm, Black
Package arrived very shortly after I placed the order and I went straight to work putting them up!
Putting it together was relatively easy. Just follow the pictures in the instructions. All the parts and hardware are labeled.
You’ll probably notice how dark it is over the music. Need better lighting!
Part II: Lighting
My music rack was lit by a strip of LED lights from ikea, and though very pretty, doesn’t really do much in way of actually lighting up the music for reading. So agian, I headed over to Amazon and found some LED lights, in tape form. Along with some 12v, and connectors.
Cutting the strip, it can be cut every 3 LEDs along the cutting marks.
Using the little connectors to you guessed it, connect the cut strips.
What to do with the left overs…?
Light up my windows of course!
THAT’S ALL FOR NOW FOLKS!! Thanks for reading!!
